WHAT IS THE PREP SUPER LEAGUE?

ELITE 11-ON-11

The Prep Super League is an elite, 11-on-11, spring football league with live games and media content designed for a younger audience. The League will launch in spring 2024 with top-rated college football prospects, NCAA playing rules, and provide NIL opportunities with fewer restrictions.

The League provides first-class instruction, national competition, and greater visibility for both the 5-star recruit and aspiring college football player. The League’s 12 teams are situated in talent rich markets with rosters consisting of some of the best talent in the nation.

The Prep Super League is not governed by the NFHS or any state high school associations. Players in the Prep Super League may accept compensation for use of their name, image, and likeness while still maintaining their amateur status.

Currently, the Prep Super League consists of 12 League owned and operated teams.

Our teams are situated in cities that have historically produced the most NCAA and NFL talent. Our initial 12 teams will be located in the following markets:

The Prep Super League operates its own direct-to-consumer platform, PSL+. To watch Prep Super League games and on demand content, simply download the PSL+ app, which will be available in the Apple App Store this fall.

Whether you’re a top recruit with multiple scholarship offers from NCAA schools, or a development player that has yet to reach your full potential, the Prep Super League can assist you on multiple fronts: First, we are elite; As the NCAA becomes the new NFL, it’s important that you’re preparing yourself for the next level of competition, and that includes playing a national schedule against quality players each and every week. We’re also gong to provide you with the best teachers and instructors as all of our Prep Super League teams are staffed by former NCAA and NFL coaches. Additionally, the Prep Super League will provide a level of exposure that you won’t receive in a traditional high school setting. And our digital team will be there with you along the way to assist in building your personal brand. Finally, whether you currently reside in a state that allows NIL deals for high school athletes or not, the Prep Super League is not bound by policy set by state associations or the NFHS. Participating in the Prep Super League will allow you to pursue NIL opportunities with fewer restrictions, and earn compensation while still preserving your amateur status.

In order to participate in the Prep Super League you must be currently enrolled in an accredited middle school or high school, reside in one of our League cities, (or be willing to travel or relocate), and not be over the age of 19 years and 9 months at the start of the season. Due to the limited number of roster spots in each market, we encourage you to submit the online application ASAP.

The ideal player will be rated as a 3-Star prospect or higher by 24/7 Sports, ON3, or other recognized scouting services.

  • A graduating senior who remains unsigned and is still hoping to play college football in the fall
  • A player who was injured or academically ineligible during the previous fall football season
  • A middle school athlete who will be entering grades 6-8 in the fall of 2024. A student-athlete who excels at other sports, but has never participated in a school-sponsored football program
  • An international player

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and prospective players/parents will be notified on a first come, first served basis.

If you’re accepted by a team in the Prep Super League, you will be responsible for paying a player development fee of $5,995.00 ($2,500.00 for middle school players) and required to submit a non-refundable deposit of $1,200.00 upon acceptance in order to secure your roster spot for the upcoming season.

Equipment, supplemental insurance, uniforms, instruction, and the costs associated with away games (i.e. airfare, lodging, and meals).

A limited number of fee waivers/scholarships are available for select players.

Yes. However, any player who is accepted, but resides outside the area would need to relocate for the season.
